Over Time

The products use different leathers and linings and in some cases sustain a raw finish. The bags will naturally mold and shape according to their use. Expect your P A N N Y Y bag to work and play with you and enjoy its development over time.

 

Leather

P A N N Y Y works with leather carefully sourced from Italian tanneries. The leather will be a tanned cowhide or calf skin and some skins maybe is coated to provide durability. 

 

Hardware

P A N N Y Y works with the finest Italian hardware factories. Some hardware has a palladium base which provides a pristine finish and helps protect from erosion. 

 

Payments

P A N N Y Y accepts online payments only. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Paypal is accepted if available at check out. Where Interest free options are offered these maybe removed at anytime.

Products are priced in British pounds but may be displayed in other currencies using a third party conversion application. For customers outside the UK, 

P A N N Y Y cannot guarantee the final conversion rate at check out.

P A N N Y Y will ship worldwide where possible. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will refund your purchase and email you confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Once shipped you will receive an email confirming the tracking number. International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes that maybe due on receipt. 

 

Taxes

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Customs and excise duties may apply to shipments outside the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any local taxes and duties. Currently VAT refunds are not available.

 

Care

P A N N Y Y products are handmade in Portugal using luxury materials. Our bags are crafted from fine Italian cow/calf hide. The skins have a smooth surface and have may been treated, to give a luxurious finish. Each leather skin is unique, so colour differences or vein marks may appear and are natural features. This adds to the charm of this leather luxury item.

 

You should treat any Pannyy good with care and attention to extend its life. 

Spot clean the leather with an almost dry cloth and recommended leather polish. Do not overload your bag. Protect from over exposure to sunlight and humidity. Avoid contact with liquids, dirt and rain.

Suede can be brushed lightly with a suede brush to remove light marks.

  Returns and Refunds

When you place an order on www.pannyy.com you may return or exchange any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unused, packaged, and in the same condition they were sent.

You must enclose your original receipt (which you received by email) with the item(s) you wish to return in the box.

We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods we will refund your shipping costs. 

 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made available by the provider within 5 working days.
