Pannyy works with leather carefully sourced from Italian tanneries. The leather is a tanned cowhide or calf skin which is coated to provide durability.
Pannyy works with the finest Italian hardware factories. Some hardware has a palladium base which provides a pristine finish and helps protect from erosion.

Pannyy will ship worldwide where possible. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will refund your purchase and email you confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Once shipped you will receive an email confirming the tracking number. International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes that maybe due on receipt.
Where prices are displayed in pounds sterling or euros, sales tax/vat is included in the displayed price. Where displayed in dollars, local sales tax is applied at check out.
You should treat any Pannyy good with care and attention to extend its life.
Spot clean with an almost dry cloth and recommended leather polish. The suede can be brushed lightly with a suede brush to remove light marks.
Returns and Refunds
When you place an order on pannyy.com you may return or exchange any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in the same condition they were sent.

You must enclose your original receipt (which you received by email) with the item(s) you wish to return in the box.
We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods we will refund your shipping costs.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in
currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider within 5 working days.
